[REQUEST] A soul gem filling chest/container ?

Hi, can someone help me with this ? Basically I want to make a script that add a chest/container (or modifying an existing one) so that whenever I put empty soul gems in it, that chest/container will start filling up those soul gems. Maybe larger soul gems will take longer time to be filled for the sake of balance.

 

I actually want to make a script that modifies an existing container, because I want to tweak a mod to my likings. Thanks in advance.
