Weird breast mesh? issue

So my main female toon when I set up everything for her in cas.fulleditmode everything looks great, but if I have an outfit where she is "naked" (like only jewelry) sometimes it still shows her wearing a top (no top visible) and the breasts are different. If I click the X on "tops" to remove whatever top it is, it fixes it (can't find any top selected anywhere) but back in the game if she removes her top, it shows the wrong breasts. It seems to be only when I use either her naked (outfit) or when she undresses for sex the wrong breasts come back. I'm pretty sure the only thing I use is the Better Body mod and no other breasts. Any ideas?

 I think have it figured out. In game I think it was reverting to the WW setting for the body instead of "Native" once I switched that it went back to normal. Just conflicting settings. Thanks
