I don't think I recognize this but it looks like something that ZZJay does.

Maybe it's  West Wind Combat series?

Thanks a lot for the leads guys.  Between your links and my down research (that DB necklace looked really familiar) I believe the armor is a mashup of Brokefoots Temptress armor and Dungeon Explorer on Halo's website.  I've got them both it turns out but since I use cosio the Dungeon Explorer bikini top is giving me a bunch of grief in Bodyslide.
