Skyrim is for the Nords!! (Bandits)

I am looking for any mods that make the majority of bandits in skyrim Nords. I always found it funny that wild packs of feral angry nords, that pride themselves on their race and turned to banditry, and due to the Great war no doubt, would live side by side happily with elves, argonians, khajit, or even imperials, or Bretons. I want my bandits to be vagrant, beaten down citizens of their own country. Anything exist like this?
