Need help modding Mount & Blade Warband

 Hi there!

 

I want to have the men of my garrision guarding my town.

 

In vanilla game, I can see my men on the walls of castles.

(You know, my recruited bandits, manhunters and Sword Sisters)

 

But in my owned town, I can only see the usual npc guards.

 

Neither are castle-keeps guarded by my men.

 

I know that mcato released the mod "Native Improvements", whitch had exactly this featre.

But how to copy this into something else?
