gregathit Posted August 10, 2019 Posted August 10, 2019 Try restarting your monitor and see if they go away. If they don't, try changing out the cable from your computer to your monitor. If those both fail, your video card may be going bad.

gregathit Posted August 10, 2019 Posted August 10, 2019 Before changing out the video card, uninstall all the video card drivers. Then shut it down and insert the new card. Shouldn't be a big deal. Try turning the monitor of and back on and then replacing the computer to tv cord before going and buying a new card. Also, make sure your cards drivers are up to date. I doubt out of date drivers out cause issues like you are having, but it is worth checking.
