Wet skin texture flickering

The texture on the top image is the one flickering in and out, and I'm not entirely sure of the cause, the texture flickers occasionally enough to be annoying but not quite certain the exact reason for the flickering. Not sure if its ENB/texture folder/another mod, don't have wetfunction redux installed.

Update: it seems to be an issue with subsurface scattering, as when I turn it off in the ENB menu it fixes the issue, on a base race, the eyes are whited out with it on. I've turned off AA and AF in the .ini files which is the suggested fix in relation to the eye thing, but it remains even with those turned off. The ENB that is installed is the Phinix ENB.
