Skse not detected/running

Hi, i'm trying to get back into this game after a break, i updated the game and my mods, including SKSE (2.0.16)

 

Now when i start a new game i'm getting error messages from multiple mods saying skse is not running.

My old save files wont load at all, it just crashes

 

(I'm running skse as admin and i installed the files in the correct folders)

 

I'd really appreciate if anyone could help out, cuz i have no ideal why its not working

 

 

EDIT: it randomly started working
