Neodarkside Posted July 31, 2019 Posted July 31, 2019 So before I begin the task of doing the 50/50 folder test to figure out if its base game sims glitch or mod conflict, figure I'll ask here. Fishing Aspiration, the first level is catch 5 fish and fish in 3 spots. The catch fish is going up but the fishing at 3 different spots has yet to update at all. My sim is in Sulani and tried most of the spots on random lots. Conservationist career. The daily task to Survey, 100% keeps failing. My sim has yet to even get 1 out of the 3 required daily tasks to complete the job. Happens on several different Sims with this job. Specific lot in Sulani. Sorry I completely forgot to take a screen shot on this one, its one of the lots in the upper left chunk of Sulani, it starts off as a public beach. It seems no matter what type of lot I turn this place into, all Sims who travel there will suddenly stop doing anything. Queued actions will hang there and nothing except using MCCC to Reset a Sim will get them to do anything. Telling them to go home they will move to the exit and stand there. Will post results later, going to remove my mods folder and test them all with zero mods.
Neodarkside Posted July 31, 2019 Author Posted July 31, 2019 Uh ok.... not sure why you decided to talk about WW possible sex mods in a technical support help request... but anywaaaays. No mods in my Mod folder. Conservationist, worked perfectly, took 5 tries but managed to successfully survey every location at the requested spot. First 2 triggered easily, last point needed took 3 tries before I got it. Fishing.... still broken. Fished at 3 different fishing spots, didn't get a single point for the Aspiration. Location. Still broken. Arrived at the location, sent one Sim to go fishing, one to relax, and one to hire a bartender. Bartender arrived, went to order a drink and they stood there forever. The fishing sim actually broke 100% of her skill and it just kept going up. Location and pics below.

Whenever a sim maxes out the career level (or in some cases just get close), they start throwing errors due to the broken reward system that EA somehow missed. ? All of these careers; criminal, culinary, entertainer, athletic, writer, business,style Influencer, reelancer, detective,painter, military, gardener,astronaut,scientist, secret agent, Tech guru,doctor and I think one more.
