MIssing XDI.ESM (Extended Dialouge) yet it shows up?

As close to a  back story:

I was using it just fine until the AAF one patch to rule them all came out.  I installed said patch...  Then my Just business mod(slavery mod) was causing a CTD during loadscreen.  So, I removed JB, now everything works except XDI  which brings us to:

 

In my MCM, 

   XDI --> XDI.ESM is missing.

 

Its kind of a "It was working, literally a week ago" type of thing.. Clearly something has changed, as now it says "XDI.ESM is missing.. "

 

1) I dont have any other related mods.

 

2) Under Data /Interface, I dont have a file called DialogueMenu.swf  at all.(or anything similar sounding)

 

3) under Data\MCM\Settings\XDI.ini.   I have nothing?   but under Data\MCM\config\xdi\XDI.ini is where my settings.ini file is.

4) F4SE isnt the issue, probably 80/90 mods I have require it and work fine.

5) ive reinstalled the mod several times, run LOOT, etc.....  It is enabled on right and left hand sides in MO2, XDI.ESM is checked on right side...  I even resintalled F4SE and MCM (the two requirements for it).


Any ideas?
