How to duplicate 'ppruru' female characters?

Does anyone know how to make Ppruru's awesome female models?

 

For Examples;

Only thing I could find was that he uses XEO but that's about it. What I'd like to know is;

 

1. what race/face mod

2. what body mod

3. outfits that his females are wearing

and most importantly,

4. any NPC was created from his models
