Request- CBP Jiggle presets

Ive used the ones avl on Nexus and tried making some of my own.  (still learning)  

Was wondering if anyone would share their presets with me.   Looking for bounce and jiggle

Did you try the ones in the 'Forum' section of the nexus CBP page, (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/13207?tab=forum )? If not there is some useful information generally there.
