Do you mean a blindfold? If yes, then that one is easy - http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/13551 If you want gags then besides the "Zaz Gags" (search the Download sub-forum on this forum) there is also - http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/13290 (this one has a pretty sweet cloth gag, better then the Skyrim's "Ulfric gag").
