Windbrand Posted September 28, 2011 Posted September 28, 2011 I downloaded the LoversAnimObjectsPriority.bsa package from here, and extracted all its contents into oblivion/data, but I'm missing the pillory nif file itself. the bsa only contained several hundred 1kb animation info files I think. The mesh folder also contained nothing relevant. Where can I get this? I think this is the reason why the pillory never shows up during animations in-game. Included screenshot of the pillory: Also where can I find the cum effect on this screenshot? It was included in a screenshot in the LoversAnimObjectsPriority.bsa download, but doesn't include its actual mesh/texture file.
RogueMage Posted September 28, 2011 Posted September 28, 2011 Hi, read your post a few hours ago. I am just cleaning up my drive and made a discovery by accident. I opened an archive of the 'Lovers Creature Animation Project 2.4 fix'. I was surprised to find the Pillory there. In idleobjects\Lovers 125_DefMotion0x1.nif 125_DefMotion1x1.nif 125_DefMotion2x1.nif 125_DefMotion3x1.nif 4704_DefMotion0x1.nif 4704_DefMotion1x1.nif 4704_DefMotion2x1.nif 4704_DefMotion3x1.nif I would not have expected it in the 'creature'-stuff though. After checking on I saw the pillory and sperm is in the 'regular' Animation Project, Donkey made it -> http://www.loverslab.com/showthread.php?tid=184 Update: After I updated the ArchiveInValidation I got the pillory the first time. . Not all Anims have spermshots though, but a few.

I just downloaded the ~128mb file (version 2.4) in your link, can you tell me how to update the archive invalidation? Do I still need to do archive invalidation if I already unzipped the contents of the LoversAnimObjectsPriority.bsa into data\meshes\idleobjects\lovers?
RogueMage Posted September 28, 2011 Posted September 28, 2011 I am not sure when I have to do archive invalidation. If s.th. does not show up, I always give it a try. I am using the OBMM for this. I checked 'Universal', clicked on 'Reset BSA timestamps' and then 'Update now'. Hope that helps. Btw: The sperm shows up as well. It, and the pillory again, are in the project files.
Windbrand Posted September 28, 2011 Author Posted September 28, 2011 Thanks, the package you linked didn't have the pillory animations actually, the package I downloaded at first had it. I used the archive invalidation and now it works. But most of the new animations in that ~128mb package you linked have pretty messed up positions, is that the same for you? The old animations from lovers with pk are all fine though.

[/quote'] Especially in the blowjobsection are nearly a dozen positions I cannot even figure out how they are supposed to be aligned, some have a partner just turned 180 degrees in the wrong direction. This probably can be corrected in the ini-files with a lot of passion and endurance. I share your opinion that the animations 'felt cleaner' before the install of the pack.
Windbrand Posted September 28, 2011 Author Posted September 28, 2011 Ah well it's good to hear it's not some bug on my end lol. Yes I detected around 3 positions that are pretty much 180 degrees off, some are shifted in ways that can't be corrected since the number keys only shift players up/down/left/right, but not in/out, while most of them just take a lot of manual shifting. Unfortunately I never really got loversbackup2 to work properly, sometimes poses just refuse to save and the next time I use that animation again, none of my changes are present.
RogueMage Posted September 28, 2011 Posted September 28, 2011 But this is not how it is supposed to work. Your corrections are stored in your savegame even without loversbackup2. You can use the spell of loversbackup2 to save out all your corrections you have made to reload them with the spell when you start a new character.
Windbrand Posted September 28, 2011 Author Posted September 28, 2011 The problem is most of my corrections aren't saved at all. The next time I play that same animation, it's back to the messed up position again. I don't have the spell "loversbackup2" though, but I do have an option in the settings spell to save changes made.
RogueMage Posted September 28, 2011 Posted September 28, 2011 Right, they have to be turned on there. I guess your are pretty capable (OBSE and needed plugins installed, Conflicts checked with TES4Edit, Loadorder etc.). Once I tried around in the advanced settings of this spell and got some strange results. Maybe something has been changed here and overrides the corrections you made. Just looked into the script. Thought it was using Pluggy, but internally it uses OBSE-Arrays. I don't know anything else why it shouldn't work. Sorry.
gregathit Posted September 30, 2011 Posted September 30, 2011 I would install loversbackup2 if I were you. There is no downside that I have encountered or even heard of and it completely solves the problem. Food for thought...........
