Apachii's Divine Elegance mod has equippable claws you can enchant and wear. You could also modify the gauntlets of your favorite armor using Creation Kit to leave only the claws. That's the only solution I know of, sorry > <;

I do that not for me, I have already helped many and most of them appreciated my effort.
