Sex (Swinging) refers to encouraging married or partnered sims into having sex with someone other than there BF/GF or Spouse. With Always Accept turned on, it doesn't really make a difference, does it? Unless you're talking NPC on NPC where they don't have the Polyamory trait and Global Jealousy is still on.

They should have sex with someone other than their partner without jealously and the polyamory trait. As it would be a Club Activity it would be like having Sex Autonomy on the highest setting for that period of time. I haven't used clubs with the last 2 updates so I'm not sure if it still functions like it's supposed too. I would turn off Global Jealously if you notice it happening during a club meeting and turn it back on after the club meeting. I play with Global Jealousy turned off these days as my sim is a horny little shit that wants to bang anything in a dress.
