[Question] Missing Horses

So, i recently re-modded Skyrim, with a fair share of Mods, coming up to 72 active Plugins in Vortex. The Mods Work, at least there is nothing Gamebreaking, but i went out of WIndhelm today, and encountered this. My Horses are flat out not there. My Animal Genitals seem to be missing Textures as well.

I'd post my Load order, but appareantly i can not export them from Vortex, and given dependencies etc writing them down is a bother. So imma give you half-assed screenshots. Soz.
