A transfer settlements blueprint on slot #10: meant for AAF_Prostitution

 

Welcome to the Boathouse Brothel!

 

I may update this as I continue playing my survival playthrough. All 5 Beds work. It's a WIP, survival is slow

 

Required Mods:

 

• Hot and Horny Wastelands (and really the whole set, it's a good mod set)
• Tranfser Settlements (of course :P)
• Homemaker
• CWSS (Soft requirement, for showers in the boathouse)

I wish there was a small brothel for Sim Settlements...after setting up a couple of them it gets just a bit tedious and every settlement doesn't need a full-on brothel.  A hooker house would do for those settlements needing some flavor for them.

Yea, like a red light district. Might be doable with a custom created settlement and using zoning to separate the two.

Like Annex The Commonwealth?

 

There is a Hookers of the Commonwealth location for Sim Settlements, near the Drumlin Diner...just noticed it and am trying to get FO4 running again after some time away from it.  Not everyone can keep up with the latest updates.  Frustration.  Bad Bethesda!  Not 'mod friendly' any more.
