Does anyone recognize this bug/glitch?

I'm very new to modding fallout 4 and am having weird issues with genitals getting stuck in air with crazy texture connecting them to the body of the corpse after removing armor.  Does anyone recognize this or know what might cause it?

looks like either CBP physics malfunction or skeleton glitch ?? what skeleton are you using and what body mods do you use ??

I think that is another game xp32 is skyrim zex skeleton is for fallout 4. if he uses bodytalk then maybe somthing did not install correctly.
