Question FOR A MOD: Do women find Pregnant women attractive?

I understand this is a weird topic but I'd like to add visible pregnancy related dialogue to my player prostitution mod and I am curious to the female LL members Do women in general find pregnant women More, less, or neutral attractive?

Personally, this is just me though, I have severe tokophobia so I would be severely uncomfortable and a little disgusted, but I would say that there’s definitely a market and women out there that’d be very into that, while other side of spectrum, women who are disgusted. Like others said, very much a person preference kind of thing. Although it may not be a bad idea for the mod, It would be kind of more immersive to me because let’s face it, working ladies can get knocked up too
