Emily Posted December 31, 2012 Posted December 31, 2012 Is there any solution to whiterun CTD? The game keep crashing within the city but works fine on anywhere. *disable all mods and still crashing. Anyone else having this problem?

Ark of Truth Posted December 31, 2012 Posted December 31, 2012 If you are using a modded game please post your load order even if your mods are not activate. Also any utilities you have installed should be listed as well.

To get your load order with Wyre Smash (Skyrim): Just right click anyway in the middle section of the program, select list mods, a new window will open, copy it and paste it here. NOTE: Use the spoiler code when posting load orders!!!! (see bottom of post for spoiler code) Also Nexus Mod Manager can cause game crashing issues as well.
Emily Posted December 31, 2012 Author Posted December 31, 2012 FIXED! In a hard way, By Extracting all skyrim - mesh bsa content into the data folder fixed the CTD. At the compensation of near 3.gigabyte for it.
DeltaD36 Posted December 31, 2012 Posted December 31, 2012 I would have thought it would be a mod that changed whiterun in any way. I've had it frequantly. I think the main Culprit was an enviornment overhaul that added trees and such into Whiterun to make it pretty. This combined with 'Sexy Whiterun' and 'Cute Girls of Whitrun' was probably why. >> Now I just run Cute Girls. ^^ Either way, glad you got it fixed.
