LF Poison, epidemic/plague mods (apply to weapons, and spells)

In fallout4  you have syringers and syringe ammunition  You can paralyze/poison/fear/frenzy/and cause flies to burst from victims chests..

 

Carry that over to skyrim, you have poison potions you apply to weapons.  you can also slip them in peoples pockets... can you throw vials?

 

So, are there poison mods that allow you to

paralyze, poison/fear/frenzy/spawn spiders on death?

what about a frenzy that gives the frenzy victim a chance to frenzy/poison others?

or some sort of plague outbreak?
