No sunken face for vampires - editing femaleheadchargen.tri

There's a mod on nexus that completely removes the ugly sunken cheeks effect of vampires by replacing the "femaleheadchargen.tri" in character assets folder. Problem with that is it obviously doesn't work in cases where that file already exists and used by a custom head mesh mod, like say Ran's. So does anyone know how to edit .tri files? All I need is to completely remove sunken cheeks effect, basically remove ANY visual differences caused by turning into a vampire, I want my character to look 100% the same as before after being bitten by the grumpy guy. If there's some other easier way that would be great.

If it's a really easy job then I've attached my "femalehead.tri", "femaleheadbrowschargen.tri", "femaleheadraces.tri" and "femaleheadchargen.tri", I think they're from sanhoshin's head meshes though not 100% sure. If anyone could edit it then it would be awesome.

You could try asking the mod author of No Vampire Sunken Face to tweak your femaleheadchargen.tri. He states on his page that requests are okay. I think you'll need to be more specific about which face mod it's from, though.

 

Also, have you tried the BFG/Ashen Race variants of azarathkhan's .tri tweaks? You never know if they might be it.

Nexus is about as active as the ruins of Atlantis. Their "what mod is this" thread gets like 5 posts a day, whereas here it's more like 10 pages a day. So I'm pretty sure there are more people with expertise on loverslab. I'm trying to download the BFG/ECE version but something's wrong with the site, gets "problem loading page" on the download. Been trying for hours. I doubt it'll work anyways as I use neither BFG or ECE, nor Ashen race.
