CCF and Creation Kit

Apologies if this is the wrong place for a Creation Kit question.

I've spent nearly three hours now trying to fix the multiple masters error so that I can open Clothing & Clutter Fixes in the CK. I've made sure all these lines are in the SkyrimPrefs.ini cia the Mod Organizer ini editor:

[General]

bAllowMultipleMasterFiles=1

bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1

[Archive]
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
SArchiveList=Skyrim - Textures.bsa, Skyrim - Meshes.bsa, Skyrim - Animations.bsa, Skyrim -
Voices.bsa, Skyrim - Interface.bsa, Skyrim - Misc.bsa, Skyrim -
Sounds.bsa, Skyrim - VoicesExtra.bsa, Skyrim - Shaders.bsa, Update.bsa,
Dawnguard.bsa, Hearthfires.bsa, Dragonborn.bsa
SInvalidationFile=ArchiveInvalidation.txt
iRetainFilenameOffsetTable=1
iRetainFilenameStringTable=1
iRetainDirectoryStringTable=1
bCheckRuntimeCollisions=0
bUseArchives=1
SResourceArchiveList=Skyrim - Textures.bsa, Skyrim - Meshes.bsa, Skyrim - Animations.bsa, Skyrim -
Voices.bsa, Skyrim - Interface.bsa, Skyrim - Misc.bsa, Skyrim -
Sounds.bsa, Skyrim - VoicesExtra.bsa
SResourceArchiveList2=Skyrim - Shaders.bsa, Update.bsa, Dawnguard.bsa, HearthFires.bsa, Dragonborn.bsa

If someone could suggest something, I'd be most grateful. Alternatively, if someone is willing to do some tinkering and send me a file for CCF with the Resist Elements enchantment able to be applied to items after disenchanting I'd be even more grateful.
