actor standing randomly during animation

This problem doesn't happens everytime, but sometimes the npc ( or my character ) suddently gets up and keeps standing still while the other actor keeps animating. It usually goes off if i change actors positions and switch back positions, but i'm still wondering what is the problem here. Thanks for your help

no clue, happens to me as well, have to back a couple stages to fix it
