CTD after adding follower help

Hello, I recently tried to install Rias Gremory follower from loverslab but when I install it after launching skyrim it starts to load and just before when I should get the screen to select load game or new game I get CTD. If I remove the follower mod it works just fine I tried removing some other followers that I'm not actively using just in case maybe I had too many going but even after I removed 3 or 4 other follower mods I still get the CTD. I'm not sure why anyone able to help with some suggestions that might enable me to use this?

Sounds like you're missing a required/master file. It says at the bottom of that mod page that it requires XPMSE & the HDT HighHeels System. So if I had to guess you don't have HDT HighHeels installed. Check whatever mod tool (MO, LOOT, etc.) you use to see if you're missing something.

I double checked and I have both of those installed.  I have no idea what would cause it since its just a follower, I'm not that well versed in how mods work but I can't think of anything other than the mod requirements that would conflict with it.
