Im not 100% shure , but i think its part of maid costume from big cosplay costumes armor pack what I downloaded few years ago. Inside was Lolipop chainsaw costume , any pirate costume , this house maid and many many more . Im curious if Im right so I go search.

 

 

 

 

Edit .    I was wrong . I thought it was part chapi JC collection , but isnt.
