No dialogue sound or Text

I have everything running smooth but I can't figure out how to get sound or text during interaction? Help appreciated!

did you switch subtitles on in setting's?  as for sound's some animations do not have any sounds with them. So can you narrow it down a bit like can you tell which animation pack has no sounds?

Jesus, thank you!  I was having this issue with a different mod but your help here was just what I needed. ❤️
