Skyrim suddenly stopped starting up

Greetings all!

 

So I've been enjoying a pretty dang stable playthrough of SKSE recently, or at least until about an hour ago when I went to start it up. I launch it and nothing happens. No idea what gives as everything seems to be up to date and I've recently used LOOT to remove conflicts. 

 

I was trying out some new texture mods (minor things, Dragar and dragon priest textures replacers) but have since disabled them to see if they were the issue but it still won't start up.

 

Any ideas? Load order from Loot is below and everything is updated as far as I can tell.

I don't know when the last time you played was, but SSE recently went through an update and a lot of mods had to be updated as well as SKSE. Has everything been updated to the latest versions?
