Male mesh for the female skeleton and/or female mesh for male head,hands and feet

Is it possible to make a male mesh for the female skeleton and/or a female mesh to go with the male head, hands and feet ?

Or is there already something like this already ?

If not how'd one go about doing something like that, (step by step instructions would help a lot). or could someone please build this !!!!!!

The latest sceli already works for both males and females same sceli in both spots. And plenty mods for tran or what ever you call it basicly can put puss on males or dicks on females.
