Weapon Effect on Power Attack

I'm trying to attach the Werewolf knockback effect onto a couple of oversized weapons (Thresher Maul and Wraith Scythe from Immersive Weapons) but only on power attacks.

I can create the enchantment to attach as a constant effects but I only want it on power attacks. The only weapon I can find that has this sort of effect is the Bloodskal blade but I've looked at the script for that and it confuses the hell out of me. Partly because the bloodskal blade as a different effect on side and overhands swings and partly because I really have no idea what I am doing with scripts.

 

Anyone know of an item or a mod that has item that has a similar sort of script I could amend and use?
