The easiest way to go about it is to just use animations meant to be used with futanari characters in the first place. Mike24 has quite a few as do ttss, Sucre and Yrsa,

Other than that, you can set female characters with penises gender settings to use gender identity to determine their role in a sex act so they can interchangeably take a top or bottom male sex role in M/M animations.
