Fliiper Posted June 21, 2019 Posted June 21, 2019 Hello all I was following this guide on making a slime character, however, i tried making use of player.setactoralpha to get transparency, however, when i did it caused holes to flicker all over my characters skin, after a while of playing with the graphical options in the skyrim launcher and many searches later i finally found someone else who has had this problem, i tried the nif edits in the former topic and nothing happened, so i gave in and did a fresh-install of skyrim, but the holes still appeared when using player.setactoralpha on the player or NPCs, strangely enough, armour was not affected by this and went transparent just fine, so i tried this mod mentioned in the guide as it has a ghost shader, and yet the holes still haunt me even when using it, NPC ghosts however are fine I have copy and pasted the image of the issue the last person had here Spoiler https://imgur.com/jawM9eF Anyone else have this problem? i am running a completely vanilla skyrim and the holes still appear on transparent players/NPCs Specs Windows 7 Intel Core I5 3.20GHz 8GB RAM Nvidia GTX 780 graphics card (updated drivers aswell)
