Mod Suggestions to fix this Issue

The eyelashes on my character are out of place, is this a known bug or an issue that happens to me only, is there any mods that could possibly fix this?

Never seen this before, but is that a custom eye shape? If so, you might want to start with the support thread for that mod. If not, hopefully someone else will come to the rescue.
