hope this finds you well.
if by blueberry inflation you mean inflating a person's or sim's body through enema or liquid ingesting or by actually swallowing an anthropomorphic blueberry and becoming fat (like that kid in "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory"): not that i'm aware of, and i've been playing Modded TS3 since 2010/11.
there are some Mods that can double the maximum weight of a sim such as "2x Weight and Fitness Integration core-mod" by MTS' user Consort, yet i believe that's not what you're asking about.
