Need help, have no idea whats going on! *photo's inside*

ok, heres the run down, i updated my mods and stuff or fallout 4 and when i started a game, it froze... no big deal, its falllout 4, so i loaded a older save in a settlement and managed to screenshot this before it also froze and i had to ctrl+alt delete my way out....

i have no idea what is going on and have no idea how to fix it.....

any help would be great!!!!

PLEASE!!!!!

You need to update Looksmenu again. The update that first came up a day ago had a bug in it that was causing this and it has been updated again, so updating it again should fix your problem.

if you updated sim settlement too it too seem to have bug where your game freeze when your updating from older version to newer version. check sim settlement page people are talking about update freeze from the latest version.
