Steam Files not Updating Mods

Did FO4 update as well as all necessary mods to make AAF work. Did not work and in checking my steam files, found none of the updated mods were there. Just the old stuff. Did PC rstart, cleared cache, and repaired file, but still not there. Any idea how to resolve that. Steam support is invisible...
