Help with futa creation (accessory penis?)

I am trying to make a futa female. Unlike sims 3 where you could have penis be an accessory that would show with outfits, this game has them strictly as clothing (that I can see anyway).

Main question: Can you have a female penis over top clothing in some way? Purpose being, so you can have a revealing bottom piece of clothing that shows a penis.

You could either use some of Stomyy's Futa outfits or use Lunar Eclipse's accessory penis. You could also search for accessory pants such as the ones by Noir and Dark with an open fly.

Why would I need open fly clothing?

The main goal is to get a penis without that voided mesh, Thanks for the futa outfits I will try those out. The noir may work. Will try.
