【Request】Failed to turn the True Ciri mod to SE

Hi I really love the wonderful mod of "Ture Ciri" made by s666 and have tried my best to port it to SE for personal use, yet in all the companion mods, this is the one that I have failed to port, but I really cannot play Skyrim SE without the True Ciri mod, can anyone help to port this to SE or know any tip?

My port's problem is mainly about game crash. When I enter the tavern in Riften, she usually apears as a "!" sign, sometimes she talks sometimes for a few seconds then the game crashed.

ok, that means there is a incompatible mesh. How did you do the port?

Did you use https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/4089/?

and you should delete the hairs.xml and the body.xml in armor1-folder, because hdt don't work with SE. ( or replace with hdt-smp-body for SSE)

If this don't helps delete hair.tri, that also might cause problems.

iconversion with nif optimiser does not work with the hair you should have a look for a similar hairstyle in one of the great packs for SE.
