Cairn Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 Hey, Another problem I ran into recently. My SP bar just disappeared. And no I didn't move it somewhere i can't see it I have no idea which plugin is in charge of the bar and so I'm kinda at a loss here. What plugin could be at fault?

You should install Pluggy if you do not install it to use MOD using the HUD version of Pluggy. The method with Pluggy as an HUD version only changes the name of Plugin. If you read attached ReadMe file, you should be able to understand it.

I have pluggy installed and also renamed to get HUD functions.

[/quote'] You mean pluggy integrates inside a savegame or are the settings stored in another file? Also shouldn't I be able to move the bar ich I press F11? Because that doesn't work either.

What exactly is saved in them? It probably is related to that single savegame. I tried loading a save with a working SP bar first and everything was fine. When I loaded the save with the missing bar directly afterwards, the bar was there too and working fine. But this only works directly after launching the game. For example if i load the save with the missing bar first and then the one with the supposedly working bar, it's not there just like in the buggy save. But I still can't pinpoint where my issue is. Any more ideas?
gregathit Posted December 27, 2012 Posted December 27, 2012 Oblivion does not work well if you load a saved game AFTER already loading a save game. It tends to crash and\or freak out. Load the game you are going to play and let that be it. As to salvaging existing saved games, you need to disable all plugins and then load up that saved game and make a new manual "clean" saved game and then exit. Then you can enable the things you changed\updated, start the game and load up your clean save and you should work fine. Obviously the most reliable and dependable method is to start a new game.

[/quote'] Yes I know that and the problem is, the bar is already missing if I start a new game instantly after launching the game. The only way for me to get the SP bar now, is to first load my only save which has a working one (I have no idea why), and then load another save with it missing to get it visible. EDIT: Just tried to start a game with only minimal lovers plugins activated. Still no bar T_T

Go back and look at what you had installed when it worked correctly and what you have done since it stopped working and you will have your answer.

Got it to work after reinstalling the whole bunch of lovers plugins. I think it had something to do with DarnUI. Or thats the onnly thing I can think of, that has nothing to do with the load order but could have screwed things up somehow.
