REQUEST A syringer dart that initiates the mod Violate

Added to the level list with syringer weapons, a special dart that is a variation of paralyzation when an npc shoots the player or other npc to initiate a Violate surrender event. A variation of the dart might have a fertility and or an arousal boost. I think this would add an extra element of tension especially with a save that even if made the drugged person is slowed for a short duration. 

I have no clue how difficult this is, I am just throwing the idea out to see if someone capable likes it. Thanks for reading
