Constant freezing

I don't remember having such problem before but recently I found out that my FNV start to lag hard after some loading\location travelling, lags looks like freezing for 0.5 sec every 2 sec, everything runs smoothly but this issue bothers me much. Can anybody help me with this? Maybe somebody had same problem before?

Post your load order as well as system specs and where you have steam installed and we can try to help. Otherwise we won't be able to do more than randomly guess.....

I played FNV 200+ hours already, reinstalled recently and got this lag issue. =/

Its also often appears when I travel between locations with much NPC's in there, more travels - heavier lags.
