Any Recommended Mods for Housing?

I'm looking for a house mod but I can't find any houses that meet my needs and wants.

 

My needs and wants:

 

1 - Lore Friendly (can be less lore friendly only if it makes fancier and more detailed)

2 - Including all functional stuff, such as, bathroom, cooking pot, stove, arcane enchanter, alchemy table, anvil, grindstone, separate closet and weapon container, book shelf etc etc

3 - Convenience location or transportation such as carrier included

4 - Follower friendly

5 - Spouse friendly

6 - Children friendly

7 - Garden included

8 - less bigger and more detailed; I don't want a less detailed and overwhelming sized castle

9 - optional but can hire stewards

 

Any suggestions?
