KicklerOfButts Posted June 1, 2019 Posted June 1, 2019 I've poked around a bunch in the Oldrim creation kit and done some private modding work in it, but now I've decided to move on to trying to make mods for the special edition. I'd like to know if there are any commonly known changes that are necessary to keep in mind or be aware of when modding for the special edition compared to modding for Oldrim. My google-fu hasn't returned me much knowledge of use, so I figured I'd just ask the community, and perhaps leave behind a thread that can prove useful to future beginners looking for the same information.
Fotogen Posted June 1, 2019 Posted June 1, 2019 1. This: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/20061 makes CK load mods 100 times faster. And has a couple of other bug fixes. 2. This has links to info on how to port from LE to SE: 3. The rest you know. Your Oldrim skills are 100% usuable for SkyrimSE.
