Evening all has anyone seen an issue when starting up the CK where you get the error message ConstructionSetNetwork.ini not found and how do you fix this

Generally, verify integrity of game cache *should* fix such issues.

yeah but I thought if you're playing with mods doing a verify jacks your setup up
