Gay marriage possible?

Don't have a screen but I'm fairly certain I had some event in my last session where I married two male courtiers together when I discovered their sodomy. It might have been an event from VIET Events Reborn, but it also could have been vanilla.

 

Is this new? I always thought it was hardcoded and not possible or something.

Only the Arrange Marriage and Arrange Betrothal decisions are hardcoded. You can easily make events/decisions/whatever to marry anyone you want with modding know-how.

Big mods tended to avoid same-sex marriage as the game didn't check for male-male/female-female couplings when running it's pregnancy checks; so you could end up with a pregnant guy. That was fixed a few patches back iirc.

as of right now, that particular mod doesn't work, sadly
