This is a complex one

 

You will need a combination of mods to achieve this.

 

- Apropos 2 (applies tats that reflect the ongoing abuse and reduces walking speed)

- Exhaustion (plays breathing sounds when your health/Magic/stamina falls below a certrain level)
- Wet Function Redux (adds sweat to the body)
- Combat Fatigue Mod (this is the important one). It plays "exhausted" animations for the player when reaching a low health/stamina.

- SexlabUtil1 (allows to apply stamina and health damage after sex. For rape I use "reduce to 1 hp" for all victims, so the PC has 1 HP after each sex scene and as long as he doesent heal he has the "combat fatigue" animations play. Any mod that damages health and or stamina during rape will do the same job.

 

Google the mods, they are on loverslab and nexus.

- Barefoot Realism to make escape harder after beeing stripped
