deadly mutilation Naked NPCs still have armor (Caused by Deadly Mutilation)

Hi folks,

 

I was hoping you guys could help me have my cake and eat it too.

I have Deadly Mutilation putting "visual only" clothes on top of NPCs, regardless of whether or not they are wearing anything. (Sometimes its armor on top of armor). I know the mod isn't exactly compatible with other mods on this site, not to mention I'm using different body and armor mods in conjunction. But I feel so close to having them work fine together, only problem is I want Deadly Mutilation to use its visual armor when the NPC is mutilated, not alive or rag-dolled. Anyone have an idea?

you don't see armor skinnakedbody in inventory, because it don't have a name, but it's there

 

armor skinnaked, sbp 32

you equip iron armor, sbp 32 too, skinnaked is unequipped

iron armor have armor addon iron armor aa, sbp 32

game load meshes that have bsdismemberskin 32 from the nif

 

now it become more complicated

deadly mutilation iron armor aa have more than sbp 32, maybe 40,41,42,43... too

left arm is 40 (or something else, doesn't matter), right arm is 41, left leg is 42

you hit a npc, deadly mutilation cut the arm

it equip armor leftarm that have sbp 50 (not the same as iron armor, you keep it)

armor addon leftarmaa have sbp 40, like ironarmoraa, but highter priority (bye bye the arm from iron armor, game load that from leftarmaa)

or something similar

 

above.... console, click on npc, screen the equipped armors

not because you don't see it in inventory it's not there, you don't see outfits in inventory, worn armor, and if it have flag not playable, you probably don't see it either

if that iron armor don't have sbp 32, it don't remove skinnaked, and you have both (there's probably 2 arms mesh clipping with each other if you look closely)

if that's not skinnaked, but custom race skinroberta that have sbp 55, that iron armor don't unequip it, and you have both

 

texture mismatch is on boobs and ass between unp and cbbe, whatever you use doesn't matter for the body in mutilation nifs

with sam or dizona, it's another story, those textures won't match those armors body

 

in iron armor, there's textureset, you put something there, game will load that on the meshes that use shader skin

but argonian with iron armor now have nord texture

you delete that race from the armor addon, copy paste it as ironarmorargonian, that only have race argonian, and textureset skinargonian

you give that to armor ironarmor, game won't load ironarmoraa on argonian, it will now load ironarmorargonian, mod now compatible with whatever body you use

 

if you want to add armor x to mutilation, more advanced stuff

you import that in blender or 3dmax, then mutilation body, fix the clipping, reweight the armor, the put sbp 40 on the stuff that get cut with the body sbp 40

if mutilation iron armor have a script, you give it to that armor (or you add that armor to the list mutilation check to know on what it can do its stuff)
