Quick question reguarding animations

There are some animations that are off by a little bit or quite a bit, its not ruining anything but just wondering if its something that i can fix or its just normal.

 

 

Edit: I should say im talking about the cut scene sex animations.

We just realized that the total controllable skeleton has neck animations issue.

Do you use a special skeleton and do you use a imperial size one race?
