One possibility will be do it all via scripts that will randomly play a set of sounds. Not very complex to realize, but you have to find all source audio files. P.S. moved to request & find.

P.S. moved to request & find. true ..but the pc moans with skooma and other mods ...needs moding skills ..i think i will pass on this one
